Isaac is ranked 9th on the A tier on the most recent iteration of the tier list. His moveset consists mostly of psynergy spells, with little sword-based attacks. He has a custom voice provided by Darcy Maguire instead of using voice clips from his games, like other characters have. His sprite design is inspired by his appearance in Super Smash Bros. Isaac has become a playable character in Super Smash Flash 2 since the Beta version. He finds out that Alchemy is needed for the world to survive so he teams up with Felix to restore the Alchemy to Weyard. Aleph and steal elemental jewels that will unleash the force of Alchemy upon the world of Weyard. Isaac is on a quest to pursue Saturos and Menardi after they raid sacred mountain shrine Mt. This means he has the ability to manipulate earth-based forces such as the ground and plants. He is the party leader in Golden Sun and is a classified in-game as a Venus Adapt. Unsheathes the Gaia Sword and does a front flip while slashing twice. In the original Golden Sunhe is the character the player takes control of throughout most of the game. Thrusts his sword into the ground, causing two spikes of rock to shoot up from both sides of his body. Unsheathes the Gaia Sword and quickly slashes upwards while jumping. If held even longer Isaac can absorb health from enemies. Using the djinn known as Flint Isaac will charge his sword until it glows yellow and leap forward dealing powerful damage. Swings his arms back, and thrusts them forward, flinging vines ahead of him. One of his slowest, but strongest, attacks. Hops forward, and lands deliviering a hard slash downwards. This can hit up to 4 times, but the knockback is a bit weak. Puts his palm in front of him, firing a spark of energy from his hand. Down - A Djinn will fly out from Isaac, hop a bit in front of him, before lunging at him causing Isaac to step back in surprise. Side - Looks forward while putting one hand on his forearm, then stretches one of his hands out and places the other one on the hilt of his sword, flexing his legs and chuckling. A reverse of the retreat psynergy animation where orbs will form into Isaac as he spins around briefly and unsheathes his sword. Some of his moves, notably his up smash, forward smash and neutral special have considerable lag and should be used with caution. If he uses Gaia in a wrong situation, it can mean a harsh situation against characters who like small spaces, like Pichu, or Fox. However, his heavy weight allows him to easily be combo'd. Isaac also has a good neutral, with many attacks being great for spacing. Most of Isaac's toolkit requires Isaac to attack in ways that will bait and punish his opponent into his attacks, often finishing up with powerful KO moves. This is great for his overall punish game. This allows Isaac to be able to move around with ease. He's a somewhat tall heavy-weight character with decent speed, and great traction. Isaac is a unqiue character compared to the rest of the cast. He also takes design cues from his son, Matthew. Isaac, design-wise, is based on his appearance as of Super Smash Bros. He is voiced by Darcy Maguire-Wheelahan in all versions.
